Curi Inc. does not issue cash refunds. If a purchase is canceled after payment, a full refund of the invoice total will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–10 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your card issuer. Some banks may apply additional card usage fees (e.g., a $3 service charge). These are issued by your bank and cannot be refunded by Curi Inc. For questions about such charges, please contact your bank directly. In certain cases, such as cancellations after food preparation begins, Curi Inc. may offer a refund in the form of Ontrai Points, our platform’s loyalty currency, which can be used toward future purchases. All refund or dispute requests are subject to a short review. Curi Inc. reserves the right to investigate any transaction before a final decision is made. This helps us protect all users and prevent misuse. If you have concerns about a transaction, please contact our support team. We handle all inquiries individually and strive to resolve them fairly and promptly.

Upon initiating the account creation process, a unique verification code is automatically sent your email address from hi(at)ontrai,com or mobile number form cloud as a text. The user must retrieve this code and enter it into the designated field on the platform within a limited time period. Successful entry of the correct code will complete the verification step and activate the account. Failure to enter the correct code within the specified time frame may result in the cancellation or delay of the account setup.

📦 Delivery Partners
To become a driver for Ontrai deliveries, you must have a registered delivery company. Register your company here and a representative will contact you to complete your registration process.
Once your company has been approved, you can add your drivers and assign them orders.
With Ontrai delivery, you set your prices and work times. Once the order is delivered successfully, your earnings are visible in the delivery app.
Payouts are transferred to your bank account every Friday. Please ensure that you have entered your bank information in the app to reduce payout delays.

Only Curi Point Of Sale customers can signup to Ontrai. Signup is done within the Point of sale. See below videos :
