If your payment is not going through and you’ve confirmed that sufficient funds are available, the issue may be related to a block or restriction by your bank. We recommend contacting your bank directly to verify whether the transaction was declined and to understand the reason.
If a payment attempt failed but funds were still deducted from your account, please contact us immediately. Be sure to include a screenshot of the transaction from your bank statement for faster resolution.

Ontrai does not issue cash refunds. In the event that a purchase is canceled, the full value of the transaction will be converted into Ontrai Points, our loyalty currency. These points will be credited to your account and can be used toward future purchases just like cash.

📦 Delivery Partners
To become a driver for Ontrai deliveries, you must have a registered delivery company. Register your company here and a representative will contact you to complete your registration process.
Once your company has been approved, you can add your drivers and assign them orders.
With Ontrai delivery, you set your prices and work times. Once the order is delivered successfully, your earnings are visible in the delivery app.
Payouts are transferred to your bank account every Friday. Please ensure that you have entered your bank information in the app to reduce payout delays.

Only Curi Point Of Sale customers can signup to Ontrai. Signup is done within the Point of sale. See below videos :
